Tractorbeam Disabled

Out of George Lucas's mind came Luke, Han, Leia, and the Millennium Falcon. Now it is our turn take these aspects of Lucas's universe and discuss them to deathstar [Just a little, very bad joke there]. So, let us now talk about everything ranging from the first time you saw the original Episode 4 in theaters to the playing of the latest in Star Wars videogames (The Force Unleashed). So let us discuss everything from the hives of scum and villainy throughout the Galaxy to the capitols of the Old Republic and on. Anything goes, so lets talk (or shall I get the little black sphere droid with all the neddles and sounds to make you talk [even though I am the Dark Lord of the Sith with the Force to make you talk]).

TARDIS Inbound

The Great British Sci-Fi import of Doctor Who has long since been discovered and discussed and "Doctored" by the public and fan-base; well...here is another opportunity of this to occur. Doctor's 1 through 10 are up for grabs in this discussion group (though, I must confess I am a little weak on 6, 7, and 8). If you have anything you would like to talk about from the man and his companions or the Little Blue Box in which he travels, lets talk. If not, well what are you doing here? Does anyone know the Doctor's real name? Will Donna really burn up if she remembers him (or is it just some lie he invented so that he could get rid of her)? Let's talk...we could head off to Pete's World to find the answer.

Beginning with Captain Kirk and Commander Spock, the world was privileged to the great exploration of "...where no man has gone before." Even today, members of our vainly glorious race have yet to travel from this, our native rock, to our nearest sister planets; however, the dream still exists. Even before man had left the bounds of Earth to reach the Moon, Star Trek took us to places far beyond our wildest imaginings. Even throughout its various forms, Star Trek continued to expand and grow with and in spite of us. Thousands of fansites exist on the internet and even more fans exist on this blue ball flying through space. From time to time, I will publish a post here with the intent of harboring good, fan driven discussion on topics dealing with this great imagining of our future. This discussion will be civil and useful for us fans to incite exploration of this great future.

Greetings and Fellicitations

This is a blog, a forum really, of things Science and Fiction. Primarily, I will use this as a posting for my thoughts and feelings on various sci-fi shows and subjects I would like to discuss or investigate further. First, I would like to bid greetings and fellicitations to all fans of STAR TREK (TOS or otherwise), STAR WARS (Old or New), and all things Doctor Who. In addition, I would like to welcome all others here and invite you to inform me of any subject you would wish to discuss and I will try to come up with something.
